Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The Goods are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The Goods are free from damage and in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Products made according to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Products that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy

At Stylox Fashion Private Limited, we want You to be completely satisfied with Your purchase. If You wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or another eligible item, You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The product must pass our quality inspection after it is received at our warehouse.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

Exchange Process

Once Your exchange request is approved, You will receive instructions for returning the original product.
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, We will process the exchange.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, We may issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be redeemed on future purchases at www.stylox.in.

Price Difference

If the exchanged product is priced higher than the original product, You will be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
If the exchanged product is priced lower, the balance amount will be provided as a coupon code for future purchases. Monetary refunds will not be issued..

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and Your order details. Upon verification, We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to You.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products that are not eligible for return under this Policy.

Refund Method

At Stylox Fashion Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not provide monetary refunds to the original payment method, eligible returns will be compensated through a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product.

The coupon code will be issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected by our team. This coupon code can be redeemed on future purchases made at www.stylox.in.

Please note that the coupon code:

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Is non-transferable.
Can only be used for purchases made on www.stylox.in.
May be subject to a validity period communicated at the time of issuance.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a coupon code without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned Goods.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, the coupon code will be issued to the original purchaser.
